| Hot off the press from the scholarship candidate interviews | The 2024 "Fly the Dream" Scholarship has been awarded to Jacob Hopkins of London. He will be presented with the award at the COPA 177 / Sexsmith Christmas part on December 6th. He is in his first year of the Commercial Flight and Aviation Leadership program at Fanshawe College. Last years recipient, Eden Donohoe, is progressing nicely in her air-work at the Diamond Flight Centre where Jacob has also started his training. COPA 177 is proud to offer this program to deserving youth to pursue their dream of becoming a pilot. This year marks the 9th scholarship award. |
