| Update at the November 2023 meeting | The 2023 Scholarship has been awarded to Eden Donohoe of Guelph. She will be presented with the award at the COPA 177 / Sexsmith Christmas part on December 2rd. Dave P. received an email from past scholarship winner Aaron Crawford. He is currently working on his Night Rating and CPL ground school with Stratford Air Services. Marian also received correspondence from a former Fly The Dream recipient Matt Drury. He’s attending university and hopes to get back to flying asap, also expressed interest in volunteering at upcoming events with COPA 177. COPA 177 is proud to offer this program to deserving youth to pursue their dream of becoming a pilot. This year marks the 8th scholarship award. |
