| Additional Notes: | Please plan to attend, this meeting is important. The annual financial report will be presented and details for the upcoming Breakfast and Discover Aviation events need to be discussed. A new executive also needs to be elected. |
| Follow-up / Results: | There were 11 members present. The election of directors was deferred until the July Meeting since there is no meeting in June because the other events going on. While generally willing to serve another term the board members believe a refresh is required and more members need to be present to identify potential candidates. A volunteer organization depends on everyone contributing at some point. |
