Follow-up / Results: | Fifty six attendees enjoyed the hospitality of COPA 177 and Sexsmith Pilots at the Exeter Curling Club. It was an action packed event with a great meal from Huron Shores Catering. Meghan Posthumus talked about her medivac flying in the north, and what a great opportunity it is to see parts of Canada that few people visit. Kathy Martin (Mason) and Darren Mason talked about Jeremy's progress from model aircraft to flying competitive aerobatics. It was his love of flying that led to the Jeremy Mason Memorial Fund, a co-contributor to the Fly the Dream Scholarship. This years winner, Eden Donohoe, from Guelph was present to receive the scholarship award from Summmer Papple of the Scholarship Committee. |
